Facial Scrubs for Dry Skin : How to Apply Gammage Exfoliant

A gamage facial scrub, it’s a little different and almost, it’s a little messier to use than your traditional facial scrubs. It’s very thick in consistency, if you could see and it’s creamy. And you just want to use a very light application, but you take your fingers and you kind of warm it up a little bit before applying it, and you want to spread it a very thin layer across the entire face and again, it’s a wet product but as it dries, it only takes a few minutes to dry. And as it dries, you’re going to use your fingertips to gently sloughed off the product. So,…

Haylee Benton, Cecily Day Spa, Salon and Skin Clinics | You Need To Stand Out

I’m Haylee Benton, I’m an entrepreneur living in the U.K originally from New Zealand. I own four businesses in the U.K, Ones a hair salon, beauty salon, a skin clinic and an online beauty portal, which has over 8000 hair and beauty businesses online. So the businesses are based in Berkamsted which is a beautiful historic little town in England. I found Timely by just looking online, and researching ALOT! And literally it just stood out from the rest, it’s beautiful and easy to use and it had all the features that I needed. Because there’s a 14 day free trial I thought “well I’ve got nothing to lose” and…

Can This $500 ‘Vampire’ Facial Give You Younger Skin?

Jody Stewart: So, I’m in my late 50s, and I have definitely noticed, as the years have passed, more wrinkles, duller skin. I’ve gone through menopause. I used to have really oily skin. I had cystic acne. I’ve done a lot of things to treat all of that, but it’s really changed over the years, and it’s just kinda dull and bland now, and I need something to recover some of that youth that I used to have. Claudia Colombo: OK, so you came to the right place. So, I’m going to do the Fountain of Youth facial, aka vampire treatment, and the vampire treatment is a high-performance facial. And…

The Enzyme Mask That Treats Acne And Contours Skin

Caroline Aghajanian: I’m gonna cry. We’re at Tamara’s Skin Clinic today, and I’m gonna go in to get the face and body DMK enzyme mask. This mask claims to really do everything, including promote oxygen throughout my body and get the blood circulating, and it’s also supposed to tighten and firm the skin. I just got back from a long trip. I’m very jet-lagged, had three hours of sleep. So I’m really curious to see how I feel after this treatment, if I feel refreshed, awake, and like all the toxins are flushed out of my body. So, let’s try it out. DMK is a skin-care brand that develops treatments…

Facial Scrubs for Dry Skin : Benefits of Facial Scrubs

Hi, my name is Karen Lange, and I’m a licensed aestheticism and today we’re going to be talking about the benefits of a facial scrub. And this is something that you can be, that you can incorporate into your home care regime. Any facial scrub you don’t want to use it more than about three times per week. You always want to use a facial scrub after you’ve cleansed your skin and cleansing consists of removing any makeup, or if you don’t wear any makeup, just any excess oil that is left over from the day. And there’s a few different types of facial scrubs, we’ll go over two today.…

How to Give Face Scrubs for Dry Skin : Organic vs. Synthetic Scrubs

In this clip I’m going to talk to you about the different types of scrubs and whether they’re made of an organic matter or if they’re synthetic. A lot of times the scrubs that you’ll see in the stores are of small spheres that are made of almost a plastic like material. I don’t really care for those scrubs because they can get lodged in the pores and they don’t disintegrate and they never come out and then you have like a weird plastic in your face. What I like is something more of a natural variety. This scrub is made of rice bran. This scrub is made of corn…

Ragdale Hall Self Help Nail & Cuticle Care

bjbjqPqP The next stage that we have got is how to look after your cuticles and nails at home. How we re going to do this is use Leighton Denny Remove and Rectify which is your face pack for your cuticles. Pop a small amount onto the back of your hand, use your finger and just dab over the cuticle area like so, so it is literally piled onto the cuticles like a face pack. It has fruit enzymes of papaya, pineapple and passion fruit which will naturally eat away at your cuticles so you don t have to use any invasive tools. Once you ve applied the Remove and…

Facial Scrubs for Dry Skin : How to Remove Gammage Exfoliant

This is the removal stage of the gamage scrub. And again, we’re just going to make sure that it’s not tacky anywhere on our face. It feels pretty dry. So you want to take a tissue. And to save, you know, expense, I always split the tissue in half. Most tissue comes in two ply. And you just want to fold the tissue paper, kind of along your client’s neck here, because these are going to pick up the little residual bits of the product that we’re going to sloughed off here. So just make sure it’s kind of in the crease of her neck, or the nape of her…

Facial Scrubs for Dry Skin : Remove Facial Scrub

We’re going to be removing the scrub and you most always want to use a nice warm towel on your client to remove the scrub, and that just to get to really remove all the granules that are left over and a nice warm towel usually helps in doing so. And a granular scrub like this one is really going to help sloughed off surface layers of the skin but also, you know, if someone is experiencing any flakiness of the skin, if they’ve recently had a facial treatment with a booster, like a glycolic peel or any other peel, sometimes you experience a little bit of flakiness a few…

How to Give a Professional Spa Manicure : How to Check Cuticles for a Manicure

Hi, I’m Megan with Elements University on behalf of Expert Village. On this segment I’ll be showing you how to expertly nip your client’s cuticles. You’ll take your cuticle nippers and you’ll look at your client’s fingers. Now, our model has excellent fingers so there’s not much cuticle to nip. But if we needed to nip something we would place the base of the cuticle nipper right at the base of the cuticle and we’ll just slowly clip around. This protects us from cutting our clients, as well as getting close and getting all cuticle removed as necessary. Be sure to watch our next segment on applying cuticle oil.
