hi everybody this is Rhys Barber from audiology associates thank you very much for watching our video today we have another rewrites the extraction video for you this patients comfortable with very dry ear wax so I’ve opted to use the Jobson horn rather than these on the suction tube to remove this because it’s gonna be a little bit easier to get through this thicker debris and to remove this out so what you can see is we’re just pushing into the ear wax just so we can try a mint strain get behind the back so you can see we’re pulling the dry skin down here was just holding all this in remember to get behind it so that we can bring it very gently forwards so you can see lots of even and steady pressure to pull this out there we are so you can see it’s just kinda there’s one big lump there are a couple of little dry bits of skin and ear waxed every year on the right hand side when we were a gent going you when you’re just pulling along the ear canal wall like this because it is quite sensitive so we’re just aiming to get some of these little dry pieces of skin away area so that’s gone and take a look inside now there we go lovely drum there so all nice and clear this is what we removed so the hard lump not at all to the skin debris there as always guys if you liked the video then please comment like share and as always take care
